Self Mastery  is it determines a persons capabilities to know what would be the best business that suits his/her personalities, and what we love the most. The best way to know all this is to take particular tests. The following tests are the personality test, the intelligence quotient test, the adversity quotient test and the emotional test. It is the ability to take control of one's life without being blown off course by feelings, urges, circumstances. It is the condition whereby your body is your servant and not your master.Self mastery is a path, an orientation one chooses to hold toward oneself and the world.It’s a commitment to never-ending improvement; it’s a process of becoming.When you know yourself, you know what you want  and do not want. Also, a self – mastered person does not need high IQ, does need  high EQ and AQ. A self – mastered person is a performer, epicure and boss.

Environment Mastery is about generating business ideas and seeking opportunities out from  his or her environment through, serendipity walks, crisis, trends and others. Also a self – mastered person understand the industry he / she is in, sees the opportunities, not the problems, is on top of the situation instead of being under the situation, is the organization/industry innovator and strategist.It is a situation or an unstable condition especially in economic affairs involving an impending abrupt or decisive change where we can generate solutions and ideas to deal with this particular situations.Also an environment mastered person is what we called the innovator of the business.

Enterprise Mastery is know how to run a business, it pertains to the knowledge of the different  enterprise disciplines such as: Creating business, Marketing Management (creating a promise), Operations Management (keeping the promise and how to make the perception a reality, Financial Management (putting only a small margin on your product), Risk Management (ability to take measured or calculated risks).  A person is considered Enterprise mastered person is that he/she understands and integrates the functions of management; Marketing, Human Resource, Operations and Finance. In Marketing, one must know how to market their goods despite of tight competencies.  Human Resource it is the owner’s ability to squeeze in or to maximize its employees capabilities without spending a lot of money hiring people with in fact it can be done by two or three employee. Operations it is also the owners’ ability to know the nature of his/her business and know the process or the step by step process of its product. Finance it is also the ability of a person to budget its income and still came up with quality products without spending too much company’s budget and without sacrificing the employee’s benefits. Also, a person is considered an enterprise mastered person if he/she understands and integrates the process of management; planning, organizing, directing and controlling. He / She also lead and inspire rather than manage.The quality of a good businessman and a good manager is that he/she possesses good if not excellent in planning; planning or generating new ideas for the benefit of its own company. Organizing, after planning, data gathering, fact finding, owners/entrepreneurs will now organize the data according to its uses. Directing, now is the time to assigned assignments to or assign tasks to all of its employees and controlling; as your employees do their part, owners’ still control to maintain the companies work state.
